夜車陷火海 印度26死

印度安德拉省一列夜快車在當地時間廿八日清晨約四點時疑似因為電線短路起火燃燒，兩節車廂頓時陷入火海、濃煙瀰漫，車廂門又無法開啟，至少造成廿六人死亡。

印度古普塔鐵路公司發言人說，這列火車原定從卡納塔克邦首府班加羅爾市開往南德，列車在距離安得拉省小鎮布達巴地約兩公里處發生意外，起火的車廂共搭載六十七名乘客。意外發生後鐵路管理人員讓這兩節車廂與其他車廂脫鉤，避免火勢延燒。

消防隊員在出事車廂內至少找到廿六具屍體，包括兩名兒童。許多屍體堆疊在門窗附近，多數燒得面目全非，有待ＤＮＡ檢驗才能確認身分，初步看來死者多半是被濃煙嗆死。

有十餘名旅客砸破廁所的窗戶，跳窗逃生，被送醫救治。
