信用卡客服電話囉唆 月內改善

立委盧秀燕今天在立法院財政委員會指出，很多信用卡公司客服電話一轉再轉，浪費民眾電話費及時間，專線只有台北02開頭，不利台北以外民眾尋求服務，要求金管會及財政部一個月內，改善信用卡客服電話設置一致計費專線，並縮短轉接程序，金管會主委曾銘宗及財政部長張盛和承諾改善。

盧秀燕表示，她最近因為信用卡問題打電話尋求服務，發現兩大問題，一是信用卡公司服務專線都是02開頭，意味台北以外民眾都必須支付長途電話費用，非常不公平。此外，客服電話語音答詢各種問題，要轉至少5、6道手續後，才能達到客服人員，極為不方便。曾、張都承諾將要求銀行及公股行庫改善。
