中市查廢水 永豐餘及環台違法

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中19日電）台中市環保局今天表示，先後查獲永豐餘紙廠廢水處理程序不符及環台水泥管線滲漏，廢水排放污染水源，將依法開罰。

台中市環保局今天表示，為防範工廠廢水污染，台中市環保局鎖定高污染風險事業進行稽查，10日查獲位於烏日區的永豐餘工業用紙股份有限公司成功廠，處理廢水程序不符規定，當場要求拆除管線，並依違反水污染防治法，處新台幣30萬元罰緩。

環保局指出，昨天再度查獲永豐餘紙廠，將回收雨水及製程蒸氣冷凝水，直接導入廢水處理設施內，違反水污染防治法規定，已採集送驗，等水質檢驗報告出爐，將一併開罰。

環保局表示，昨天同時稽查位於大肚區的環台水泥製品股份有限公司，發現部分管線滲漏，部分強鹼廢水直接流入大排，環保局人員已採樣送驗，將依法開罰。

永豐餘紙廠回應表示，並未偷排廢水，將儘速完成廢水處理應有程序；環台水泥則指出，已改善管線滲漏問題。1021219
