曾銘宗：對申請TDR企業將透過專家加強審核

【財經中心／台北報導】立委賴士保今在財委會質疑金管會主委曾銘宗，頂新旗下康師傅發行TDR，其中募資37億是否拿去買101股權？曾銘宗說，TDR發行需符合用途，「會去了解一下」，並承諾未來將加強審核TDR申請業者的資格問題。

賴士葆並說，康士傅TDR退燒，TDR累計36家下市7家，剩下29家，其中僅有15家賺錢、14家賠錢，去年和今年上市都是零，今年下市兩家，頂新37億去買101股權把財部股權吃過來？用13億去買的地寶？

對於TDR這段期間發生不好現象，曾銘宗坦言，過去沒審查申請TDR的業者，是基於相信第一上市，且承銷商亦無責任，他承諾：「以後透過專家加強審查、給承銷商責任，29家平均溢價約2~3%。」
