歐銀意外降息　歐元瞬間貶破1.33大關

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】歐洲央行（European Central Bank，ECB，歐銀）意外降息1碼至歷史新低的0.25%，歐元應聲走貶，1歐元兌美元一度重貶1.6%來到1.3296，貶破1.33關卡，為9月16日以來首見，歐股如德、法股也上演慶祝行情，一度大漲逾1%。
 
歐元區10月通膨率降至4年來最低之際，歐銀總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）表示，歐元區經濟仍面臨下滑風險，歐銀預計利率在較長時間內會維持在低位，歐元區可能仍面臨較長期的低通膨。
 
Raiffeisen Capital Management分析師裴魯斯說：「歐銀的決議正激勵市場。原本我也沒預料今天會降息，不過很樂見決議降息了，相信投資人也很開心。就股市上漲來看，歐銀此舉似乎做對了!」
