（軍聞社記者卓以立臺中七日電）陸軍第十軍團指揮官羅中將今天前往中興嶺營區視察通資部隊基地專精管道訓練情形，期勉官兵嫻熟個人專業專長，精進組合訓練，以整合各項通信系統，綿密構聯作戰區通訊，建立「運籌帷幄之中，決勝於千里之外」的優勢。

　羅指揮官表示，通信是作戰成敗的關鍵，就如同人體的神經系統，整合步兵、砲兵、裝甲兵、航空兵等戰力，所有部隊溝通協調良好，在作戰任務中，就能給予敵人致命一擊。

　在視導期間，羅指揮官抽問官兵對於個人專長與裝備功能是否瞭解，強調官兵唯有不斷精進專長訓練，戮力戰備整備，才能擔負通信支援作戰，達成捍衛國家安全的角色。
