今年全年GDP難保2？　財長張盛和：不容易，可能要努力

行政院主計總處預估，第3季經濟成長率概估數為1.58%，主要是因為出口、消費及投資都不如預期，也使得全年經濟成長率面臨保2危機。對此，財政部長張盛和31日在立法院財委會也表示，「保2不容易，可能要努力」。

主計總處31日發布第3季國民所得概估統計，概估實質GDP （國內生產毛額）3兆8746億元，經濟成長率1.58%，其中，外需貢獻0.65個百分點，內需貢獻0.93個百分點。

張盛和指出，經濟成長影響因素複雜，其中出口、消費是最重要的，其他就是政府投資和民間投資，目前較衰退的是出口，消費者信心雖略為回升，但最近受到食品問題影響又有點衰退，12月出口則應該會變好。

不過，對於今年全年經濟成長率能否保住2%，張盛和表示，對景氣沒有預測，而且經濟不是用「保」的，要政府民間齊努力，但他也坦言，確實不容易，可能要努力。
