【張欽／台北報導】資深藝人郭美珠10年前參加白曉燕基金會募款餐會，花25萬元標下時任台北市長馬英九的領帶，卻遲遲沒收到，直到2年前總統府才透過前立委李復興轉送1條領帶，郭發現根本不是同1條，憤而提告要求馬英九返還25萬元。
 
台北地院今天開庭10分鐘就結束，訊後郭美珠號召約50多人，身穿黑色「戰袍」搶在王金平聲請假處分案開庭前，在法院門口嗆馬。
 
郭美珠看到媒體立刻泣訴：「司法死了嗎？領導人斬王粗糙，我郭美珠算什麼？都可以為了25萬元失信老百姓。」還說：「6年來人民過得好麼？薪水有漲嗎？他（馬英九）這麼狠，像皇帝一樣，一定要聲援王院長。」
