【林巧雁／台北報導】財政部長張盛和表示，奢侈稅本會期會送立院，但不是優先法案。財政部也正在研擬財政健全方案，預計年底前提出，加稅是最後選項。此外，已請經建會研究國營事業民營化政策，沒有政策任務的國營事業可釋股給全民，也能進帳國庫。
 
被問及實價課稅的想法，張盛和說，若要土地與房屋稅兩稅結合一起課稅，這是稅制大變革，還早。若是各縣市調高公告現值接近市價，則較容易達成，也不用修法。
 
張盛和認為，可檢討部分國營事業民營化釋股，不過他也斬釘截鐵說，台灣金不可能民營化，有政策任務的官股不可民營化，至於其它的官股銀則要通盤考量。
