台南18所學校積水1所延後開學

康芮颱風挾帶大量雨勢侵襲台南，台南市政府教育局表示，總共有15 所國中小、2所附屬幼兒園有積水情形，多數是操場積水，少數是地下室積水。其中新營區新進國小因地下室淹水，損及發電機組，影響電力使用，延後到下周一開學。
