是這樣的，前公司是屬於責任制的業務單位，也就是要call客，若沒做到業積基本上是不敢休太多，甚至一個月大概只休3、4天，離開時也辦了留職停薪，但最後我還是沒有回去，人資之後打來跟我說是因為我沒回去，所以未休的天數無法核薪，是這樣子的嗎？若是這樣的話，當初就應該說好未休的部份公司會核薪呀！謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.30.90
