嘉義市多處積水 居民撤離地下道封閉

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義市降下超大豪雨，市府表示，24小時已破450毫米，瞬間暴雨造成市區多處積水，嘉義市所有地下道全封閉，其中興業西路地下道高4米6公尺，水位一度達頂。市府說，該處水位破紀錄的高。東義路有2戶人家淹水半層樓，消防隊出動橡皮艇，將8大1小撤離。
 
嘉義市興業西路地下道上有台鐵鐵軌，附近居民說，水位最高時，看不到地下道的頂，火車經過好像行在水中，有點恐怖。世賢路三段八掌派出所前面道路封閉，附近賴小姐和男友經過，停下機車主動清理排水溝上的落葉，他們說，因為該處樹木多，排水孔被阻塞就容易積水，因颱風放假，所以隨手撿撿垃圾和樹葉，沒什麼啦！
