康芮暴風圈已經籠罩宜蘭、花蓮及中部以北地區，台灣中部以南降雨明顯，尤其南部地區強降雨持續中。

受颱風及其外圍環流影響，氣象局持續發布豪雨特報，今(29)日中南部地區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，宜蘭山區及台東山區有豪雨或大豪雨，北部地區及宜蘭、花蓮、臺東地區有大雨或豪雨，澎湖地區有大雨發生的機率，請注意坍方、落石、土石流及溪水暴漲，低窪地區請慎防淹水。

超大豪雨地區包括：屏東縣、高雄市、臺南市、嘉義縣、雲林縣、南投縣、台中市。

大豪雨地區包括：宜蘭縣、台東縣、嘉義市。

氣象局統計27日0時至29日8時出現較大累積雨量如下：嘉義縣中坑434毫米、屏東縣大漢山427毫米、台南市山上396毫米、雲林縣阿丹369毫米、高雄市林園268毫米。蘭嶼已經出現13級陣風。
