針對台中高分院法官胡景彬涉嫌收賄數百萬元遭到特偵組展開搜索、約談，司法院表示，如果胡所涉情節重大，將予以停職。

司法院指出，政風處掌握胡景彬遭檢舉涉嫌違反風紀犯行等資料，即主動提列胡景彬為「正己專案」列管對象，與犯罪偵查機關共同防處，並將檢舉犯罪情資移送權責機關進行偵辦。

司法院表示，胡景彬涉嫌貪污犯行，如果所涉刑事、懲戒情節重大，依法官法第43條第1項規定即為停職處分，以維護民眾對於司法的信賴。
