集邦：記憶體模組廠須轉型求生

（中央社記者張建中新竹2013年8月29日電）市調機構集邦科技表示，DRAM供給受限，加上現貨市場規模變小，模組廠須轉進工規記憶體市場，或提升Flash產品比重，才得以生存。

集邦科技指出，隨著美光(Micron)正式整併爾必達(Elpida)，加上台系動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)廠紛紛退出市場或成為代工廠，DRAM供給端未來將成為寡占市場。

除供給受限外，集邦科技表示，超薄筆記型電腦興起，帶動內嵌DRAM顆粒方案比重攀高，將壓縮記憶體升級空間。

集邦指出，記憶體模組廠除切入個人電腦代工客戶外，轉進工規記憶體市場，或提升快閃記憶體(Flash)及策略產品比重，才能開創生存契機。
