康芮增強　西南風恐使西部雨勢比東部大

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】輕度颱風康芮逼近台灣近海，中央氣象局今晚11時30分持續針對輕度颱風康芮發布海上颱風警報，輕度颱風康芮今晚11時中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南方340公里的海面上，以每小時15公里速度向北前進，颱風強度有持續增強的趨勢。

氣象局預測，因康芮走向偏北，暴風圈掃到台灣陸地機會不大，發布陸上警報機率降低。不過雖然康芮是從東部海面掠過，但隨著環流逐漸轉成西南風，明天全台都可能有明顯雨勢，西半部降雨甚至可能較東半部多，氣象局發布豪雨特報，明天中南部地區、北部山區和東北部山區有大雨或豪雨的機會，北部和東北部也有局部大雨機會。
