前兩天去桃園的嘉發實業面試，今日收到錄取通知，想詢問大家對於這個公司的印象， 或者有在該公司工作過的人的心得。 我應徵的職位是機械維修工程師。 這是我畢業後第一次面試，沒想到馬上收到錄取通知，由於我的學校不是很好(二專 機械工程、大學應用日語)，都算是後段班學校，直接應徵上這個工作我也很意外， 想詢問一下大家對這公司的印象。 我去面試的時候，只有我一個人，三個主管圍著我介紹公司以及薪資還有工作內容， 還帶我參觀一圈廠內，讓我覺得很親切，但是總覺得自己這種學歷以及新鮮人的身分， 受到這種待遇有種受寵若驚的感覺，三位主管年紀都偏大，工廠內年輕人好像都外勞居多 ，或者具體來說我沒有碰到看起來像是台灣人的年輕人，聽說流動率很低，大概3%。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.76.76.134
