敘利亞使用化武　北約：不能沒有回應

【綜合報導】針對敘利亞21日使用化學武器攻擊平民一事，北約（NATO）秘書長拉斯穆森（Anders Fogh Rasmussen）28日表示，「不能沒有回應」，並透露這個擁有28個會員國的組織會持續關注此議題。
 
拉斯穆森是在會見各國駐北約代表後，做出以上聲明，他還表示從各方的資訊來看，都顯示「敘利亞政府應該為這件事負起責任」。
