【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】加拿大美聲天后席琳狄翁（Celine Dion）不但歌藝傲人，炒房也相當有一套。她最新掛牌出售的佛羅里達州朱比特島（Jupiter Island）豪宅，開價7200萬美元（21.6億元台幣）。未來的買家將可與「籃球之神」喬丹（Michael Jordan）、澳洲歌壇常青樹奧莉薇亞紐頓強（Olivia Newton-John）等名人為鄰。

席琳狄翁在2004年與2008年分別以1250萬美元（3.75億元台幣）與700萬美元（2.1億元台幣）的價格買下了組成這座豪宅的2棟房屋。目前朱比特島的房價中間值約年增13.3%，但經過席琳狄翁的加持，這座豪宅價格漲幅更加驚人。
