公寓成交單價　金門竟擠進前3高

【張菱育／台北報導】據內政部實價資料統計，台北市的舊公寓平均成交總價與成交總價位居全台之冠，平均每坪44.6萬元，總價為1268萬元，其次為新北市的平均每坪25.3萬元，總價681萬元，成交件數為8474筆，數量最多，排名第3則為金門縣，平均每坪15萬元。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德說，金門近3年有新公寓落成，與其他區域動輒20~30年的老公寓相比，房價水準相對較高。
