謝依涵殺機　律師：為斷曖昧　獲自由

【賴又嘉／台北報導】士林地院審理八里雙屍案進入辯論階段，被告謝依涵的律師今天除在法庭上爆料謝依涵遭性侵，並指謝依涵會種下殺機，是因男友祝宜夆求婚2次，謝女想擺脫死者陳進福，但今年1月的某天半夜，謝女再度被叫到陳家，陳男一臉陶醉地看著她說：「我真的捨不得妳走，妳是我遇過最甜美的果實！」謝女因而認為，陳不會放過她。
 
再加上陳進福因財務問題，想教唆謝依涵殺害妻子張翠萍，謝女認為陳瘋了，因而決定殺人。律師強調，謝女並非為財殺人，而是為斷絕曖昧關係，重獲自由才犯案。

但多名死者家屬在旁聽席不以為然地搖頭，還有家屬諷刺地說：「按讚啦！」
