基本工資審議委員會明日召開，外傳月薪將不調整，勞委會勞動條件處科長李怡萱今（27）日受訪表示，勞委會對於是否調整以及數額，沒有預設立場。

勞委會去年8月召開基本工資審議委員會議，決議今年月薪從1萬8780元調高到1萬9047元；時薪採兩階段調整，今年先由103元調高到109元。

但行政院推翻決議，前院長陳冲宣布基本月薪「緩漲」，待連續兩季經濟成長（GDP）達3%，或連續兩個月失業率低於4%後再施行。

由於今年第一季經濟成長率（GDP）為1.54%，較原本的預測值3.26%大幅下修了1.72個百分點，不如預期，新任院長江宜樺仍決定，基本月薪自今年4月1日起調整為1萬9047元。

關鍵問題在，馬總統2012年連任前宣示，時薪將調到115元，如果明日會議決定明年不調，馬總統將面臨「二度跳票」危機。因此，外傳月薪不會調整，只調時薪。

全國產業總工會今日到勞委會抗議，理事長莊爵安說，堅決反對月薪與時薪脫鉤，「從去年基本工資審議結果，基本工資審議會已流於形式，這樣的會議只有審議，沒有決議功能。」 (接下一頁)
