南投晚間傳出婦人遭鼬獾咬傷

南投縣魚池鄉一名婦人7日傍晚在菜園被一隻突然出現的異常鼬獾咬傷後腳跟，鼬獾隨即被活捉送驗，這名婦人立即由家人送醫施打狂犬病疫苗，村民聞訊紛紛關緊門窗備妥木棍待命打鼬獾。

南投縣政府農業處保育科指出，魚池鄉頭社村一名黃姓婦人（58歲）下午5時到自家菜園內澆水時，遭一隻成年鼬獾咬傷後腳跟，婦人被咬後奮力抓住鼬獾關進籠子裡，隨後由家人報警並送埔里基督教醫院治療並施打狂犬病疫苗。

咬人的鼬獾晚間則由縣府農業處派員送到行政院農業委員會特有生物研究保育中心野生動物急救站處置、漏夜送驗。
