台南市政府教育局長鄭邦鎮今天在市政會議上提出臨時動議，認為行政院規定統一「日據時期」，違背史實，不論站在國際法觀點、政府行政立場或學校教育立場，都不適當。市長賴清德裁示，市府所屬機關使用的公文書用詞不必拘泥於行政院這項規定。
