洪仲丘案三被告 重開羈押庭

（中央社記者邱俊欽、林瑞益桃園7日電）高等軍事法院今晚7時將重新開庭審理，決定是否羈押前542旅副旅長何江忠、前旅部連長徐信正及上士范佐憲等3人。

高等軍事法院發言人倪運喜上校下午表示，高軍院將在晚間7時召開合議庭，重新審理何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲等3人是否有羈押必要。

高軍院中午接獲最高軍事法院評議「發回」，高等軍事法院下午陸續對何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲發出傳票。1020807
