綠委擬告312警　警署：沒收到訊息

【林志青╱台北報導】針對民進黨立委擬告312名警員，警政署昨表示，並未收到相關訊息，將請台北市警局持續溝通說明。
 
此外，警政署警政署長王卓鈞再次重申，針對合法集會遊行及陳抗活動，警員執法應充分尊重民眾表達意見之自由與權利，對未直接產生危害之陳抗活動，宜先進行疏處與阻絕並加強蒐證，勿執法過當。
