大埔案濫抓教授　教授律師否認自導自演

【綜合報導】警大教授葉毓蘭今天在臉書PO文指稱，政大教授徐世榮遭警逮捕是自導自演，他表示：「不方便回應」，但陪同徐世榮接受偵訊的律師詹順貴說，警方當天以徐世榮違反公共危險罪強拉上警車，以現行犯的身分逮捕，徐被帶回警局，警方竟協調他改口說警方沒逮捕他，只是請他到警局說明，但徐世榮認為與事實不符，當場拒絕，也沒有主動要求移送一事。
