美食保衛戰　法餐廳貼標籤保「自製」

【綜合報導】法國美食聞名全球，不過為了防範一顆老鼠屎恐壞了一鍋粥，法國下議會通過法案，規定所有餐廳，都需在每道菜標上「自製」(fait maison) ，以表示餐廳料理都是出自大廚之手，而不是微波加熱食品。
 
議員表示消費者有權知道，踏進這家餐廳，他們要享用的食物，到底是不是真的現煮現做，所以應該讓餐廳更透明，以鞏固法國美食的信譽，餐廳得誠實交代，自家的料理是調理包加熱，還是真的「自製」，不過這項法案還需等上議院通過，才能正式立法。
