【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）理事史坦（Jeremy Stein）在外交關係委員會的演說中暗示，Fed可能在9月開始削減債券收購規模，重燃市場對QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）退場的恐懼，拖累美股3大指數開盤走跌，道瓊工業指數迅速失守15000點大關。
