謝坤宏抗議參選資格遭取消 國民黨重申未過門檻

【晏明強／台北報導】被取消黨主席參選資格的國民黨中常委謝坤宏，昨天到黨中央要求說明，否則將會提出司法訴訟，國民黨下午發出新聞稿正式回應表示，謝坤宏自報連署人數為20,952人，經查核共有11,674人未符合連署資格（即未具黨權），加上其他連署無效者，合格數為6,610人，確實未過11,200連署門檻。國民黨人士強調，選務小組已將相關說明回覆謝坤宏，他未具主席選舉參選資格應無疑義。

不過謝坤宏的委任律師蔡慧玲則說，繳交2萬多份連署書，僅6000餘份有效，令人感到不可思議。她強調，謝坤宏要求暫停選舉，下週一（7月1日）將向台北地院請求重新確認有效的連署人數，但不論法院查核結果如何，都會尊重司法。
