立委提修法 防「恐怖情人」施暴

民進黨立委吳宜臻今天指出，現行家暴法的保護範圍，僅限有婚姻或同居關係者，但「恐怖情人」案例層出不窮，分手後遭恐嚇或殺害的案例不少，卻因為非婚姻或同居關係而無法聲請保護令。她已提出修法，盼讓無婚姻、未同居關係者，也適用家暴法聲請遠離令、禁止騷擾令等。
