《財報》甲骨文轉型雲端成果差 盤後股價大跌近9%

美國軟體巨擘甲骨文(Oracle Corp.)20日美股盤後公布會計年度第4季(3-5月)財報，營收維持不變為109億美元，本業每股盈餘上揚5%至0.87美元。FactSet統計預期營收和每股盈餘分別為111.2億美元、0.87美元。營收未達預期使得甲骨文股價盤後暴跌8.79%至30.29美元。

美聯社和路透社報導，甲骨文表示澳洲、亞洲和巴西銷售不佳，加上全球景氣疲軟拖累業績、並非產品缺乏競爭力。然而，如今企業和政府用戶多改用訂閱方式使用軟體，員工只需網上登入就能在所有裝置運用軟體。甲骨文積極推出類似的雲端方案，但連續兩季軟體銷售、訂閱都不如預期，讓人對該公司在此一市場的競爭力打了問號。

甲骨文為了平息疑慮，宣佈季度股利將增加一倍至每股0.12美元，同時也將斥資120億美元買回庫藏股拉抬股價。該公司計畫7月從納斯達克改到紐約證交所掛牌交易。

展望未來，甲骨文預估本季授權軟體和雲端訂戶將成長1-9%，本業每股盈餘將在0.56-0.59美元。
