會計法修法 藍委：看下會期處理

會計法修法惹議，國民黨立委蔡正元所提法案原只主張教授報帳除罪化，但未有但書；他昨說，這是行政機關要的案，就看下會期如何處理；馬總統首長特別費審判也採大水庫區隔公款公用、公款私用，教授研究經費也可根據同樣理論脈絡區分。
