南仁山保護區 封閉2年重新開放

〔自由時報記者蔡宗憲／恆春報導〕位在滿州鄉的南仁山保護區，因為連續兩年風災封閉，今年初終於完成修繕，本月十日重新開放申請，每日限額四百人，知名的「南仁湖」及豐富的植物生態，可望在暑假期間成為遊客的觀光新景點。

南仁山保護區因前年南瑪都颱風，步道路基流失嚴重，去年又遇到天秤颱風，造成多處步道嚴重崩塌，封閉時間將近兩年，未來開放後將執行每週二休園的措施。

位在墾丁國家公園東北角的南仁山生態保護區，面積五千多公頃，是台灣僅存低海拔熱帶雨林區，自然地貌多樣豐富，有丘陵、山谷、溪流、草原、湖泊，暖溫帶、亞熱帶和熱帶林同時並存，形成特殊的「植物壓縮效應」，特殊且豐富的生態，被列入生態保護區。
