衝大陸租賃 中租再融資60億人民幣

為強化陸銀據點合作關係，中租昨（21）日宣布與大陸工商銀行上海分行簽屬戰略合作協議，工商銀行並將提供60億元人民幣（約新台幣300億元）授信安排，用於仲立國際租賃業務用途。

若加計今年年初籌資金額，以及在大陸剩餘可使用額度約新台幣100億元，F-中租目前手中可用的資金額度，估計超過新台幣580億元，可大幅貢獻仲立國際租賃在大陸業務拓展使用。

F-中租目前已經與大陸國開行、中國銀行與上海銀行、工商銀行簽屬策略聯盟，簽署陸銀家數達4家，並另外與大陸的中信銀行、國開行的上海分行進一步簽屬備忘錄，合作陸銀家數在金融業中，表現亮眼。

據了解，F-中租今年下半年不排除再籌資，若排除已經與地區分行簽定備忘錄的陸銀，下一布最有機會與中國銀行的地區性分行簽訂備忘錄，有機會再取得中期的融資人民幣資金。
