義美事件 消保處尚未接獲民眾申訴

針對義美小泡芙使用過期原料，行政院消保處發言人吳政學表示，目前由衛生署及檢調單位調查，消保處尚未處理相關事件，不過只要接獲消費者申訴，消保處就會找廠商出面協商處理。

義美食品昨日發出由總經理署明的聲明指出，已主動回收產品，製造於去年7、8月的義美小泡芙也可退貨。

聲明也說，原料常溫保存有效期限為一年，生產線主管「確認」冷藏可延長保存期限，且檢測後「品質無虞」，將這次事件歸咎於「認知不同」。
