看好台中烏日高鐵站特區發展，富旺日前買下烏日溪南西段992坪土地，預定今年底會推出總銷5億元大樓住宅案。若加上其他推案，今年富旺總銷可達68億元。

總銷可望達68億

富旺國際董事長特助黃森達說，烏日溪南西段土地未達公告標準，才沒有公告，因交通便利，希望能針對首購族買得起的住宅大樓規劃，預定每坪開價會落在1字頭。
黃森達說，加上去年取得烏日高鐵站特定區商業區建地、估總銷23億元的住宅大樓及湖口「Rich計劃」、湖口車站附近147戶別墅、北屯區「黃金莫內」等，今年總銷可望達68億元。記者劉曉霞
