廣大興號事件 釐清開槍動機爭議

「廣大興28號」漁船事件，台菲雙方重啟司法互助溝通管道，由於雙方對交換的漁船證據調查清單仍有歧見，法務部認為事件衝突的肇因是關鍵所在，為免未來展開的合作實質調查結果，出現各說各話的情形，請求菲方優先釐清廣大興漁船是否越界，以及有無碰撞的疑點; 法務部強調，已由檢方扣查，並進行研析的廣大興漁船航行紀錄器，可提供菲方證明我漁船並無越界。
