此問卷文已經由jojo板大的同意囉！想麻煩有在診所/醫院工作的鄉民幫填問卷，要在北部區域上班的。問卷名稱為【跨院際電子病歷交換對資訊互通之價值創造：以醫院及診所為例】只要您是醫院/診所/醫學中心的醫生、護理、行政及資訊人員都可幫忙填寫是不具名的問卷，請大家放心填寫。小女為代PO，經由研究者視為有效問卷就會發放300P幣給填寫鄉民，樣本數只需要10份，填寫完推文，經核對後就進行發放，並且問卷內留下E-mail研究者還會進行抽獎噢！如超過10份，第10份以後就不進行發放P幣囉，除非之前有無效問卷會替補謝謝！問卷連結：http://tinyurl.com/c4gmkc9 如對問卷有任何問題，在問卷首頁都可直接跟研究者提出疑問唷！再次感謝大家的幫忙^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.58.173.145 ※ 編輯: rachel58976 來自: 61.58.173.145 (05/04 07:51)
