有象文化不退費 北市府開罰6萬

北市府法務局昨天公布消費爭議協商屢次不到場的業者，承辦多項演唱會的有象文化公司，因未依期限內提供退費消費者名冊及還款計畫，漠視消費者權益情形，依消保法裁處6萬元並發布消費警訊提醒消費者。

針對市府開罰，記者撥打有象文化電話，均無人接通，無法取得回應。

去年8月有象文化舉辦「大高雄超級搖滾日」，原本邀請美國長青搖滾天團「史密斯飛船」，不料史密斯飛船突宣布取消來台演出，有象文化承諾消費者退差價或全額退票，但至今仍有消費者未拿到退款。
