美供應暴增 德銀砍油價預測

（中央社台北2014年1月14日電）德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank AG）下調今年布倫特與西德州中級原油（WTI）價格預測，主要是美國頁岩資源原油供應暴增，將有助於產生石油供給過剩現象。

根據德銀今天1份電郵報告，德銀今年布倫特原油每桶預測由106.25美元降至97.50美元，預估西德州中級原油從每桶98.75美元下滑到88.75美元。德銀指出，一旦制裁獲得解決，伊朗恢復石油出口對今年是「不可忽視的」風險。

華府德銀市場研究策略師蘇姍娜．崔（SoozhanaChoi，音譯）在報告中撰文表示：「在緻密油/頁岩油開發的帶動下，美國石油供應第3年強勁成長，加上伊朗石油輸出正常化的可能性，全球石油平衡表供應過剩的圖像越來越清晰。」她寫道，這種平衡「對油價形成富有意義的下行壓力」。

德銀說，美國每日原油供應料將提升100萬桶，增加速率與前兩年相同。這項轉變讓這個全球最大油耗國更接近自給自足。

德銀表示，假使伊朗、利比亞或伊拉克的供應必須讓其他會員國減產，石油輸出國家組織（OPEC）最快可能在6月的會議上面臨艱難抉擇。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
