急！！ 筆電x550VB問題

小的前陣子買了這台筆電（x550VB）
買完回家使用後發現個問題..
英雄聯盟不能玩但是暗黑破壞神可以玩！！
有上網查 說是防火牆跟防毒問題
但是很奇妙的是.. 可以玩了之後變成我的打字輸入程式莫名被刪除
重新安裝後也記得把防毒刪除後 就又不能玩了=_=
現在想請教..
1、程式右下角的盾牌能消掉嗎？（win8系統）
2、要髒樣才能打英雄？
3、有辦法可以灌完防毒軟體後還能打英雄嗎？

急！！！
個人有玩 ： 英雄、暗黑、龍谷、楓谷、幻想...很多遊戲
先說避免這好了另一款遊戲衝突..
