小包裝米複驗 標示仍不符

農委會今天公布去年第三季市售小包裝米複驗結果，33件違規小包裝米，16件複查合格、15 件未購得，其中億東企業股份有限公司三好特級米、關山穀堡有限公司的皇家穀堡米，複驗後品質規格和標示仍不相符，被開罰3萬元。

去年農委會農糧署被媒體質疑延遲公布抽驗第三季市售小包裝米名單，農糧署去年11月28日公布33件不合格，其中億東的三好特級精米、三好鴨田米、三好特級米，共有三項產品違規。

今天公布複查結果，只有三好特級精米合格，三好鴨田米沒買到，三好特級米仍標示CNS一等米，實際檢測碎粒達7%(一等米碎粒上限為5%)，被罰3萬元。

農委會農糧署副署長陳建斌表示，億東這幾項都是標示不實違規，並非品種不實、摻偽等重大違規，農糧署內部列管名單，億東被列為違規兩次，列為重點觀察名單，並未面臨撤證（違規4次）。

陳建斌表示，有些糧商違規的包裝米，複檢時農糧署人員在原本抽驗場所找不到，因此標明未購得，但農糧署會在其他地點繼續追查購買，持續追蹤檢驗。
