士林官邸專案住宅 單坪75萬

（中央社記者黃麗芸台北2014年1月9日電）台北市士林官邸專案住宅今天開放媒體參觀，單坪價格約新台幣75萬元，17日將開標，民眾的詢問電話讓市府員工接到手軟。

英業達集團會長葉國一使用人頭低價收購士林官邸重劃區22戶拆遷戶，炒房涉嫌詐欺，他同意改以自由捐出22戶住宅，台北市政府將進行拍賣其中20戶，今天先行開放記者實地看屋。

台北市財政局長陳盈蓉晚間表示，台北市士林官邸北側專案住宅公開標售案，共計標售20戶，每坪單價75萬元左右，自明天下午2時起開放民眾看屋，16日前進行投標，17日進行開標。

陳盈蓉指出，每戶坪數約50坪左右，許多民眾獲知此事後，打電話到財政局詢問相關詳情，局內員工接電話接到手軟。

財政局說明，拍賣20戶的位置靠近士林官邸旁邊，包括1樓到7樓位置都有，房型包括3房2廳2衛及4房2廳2衛，每戶都有車位，車位價格依大小為220萬至260萬元區間。
