我知道人都喜歡被讚美，但我的主管是極度需要被讚美的人極度的意思是常把「我是不是早就說過...」、「我就說吧」當作口頭禪進階版還有「我之前就教XXX這麼做，所以成效很好」 (XXX能力很強，也最資深) 說是進階版是因為，把能力很強的人壓下去來提升自我價值的手段，滿強的！誇張一點還有，我之前是不是跟你說這張不要放在簡報上可是實際上他本來的說法是：你可以跟客戶提提看... 根據以上事蹟，我推估他是一位喜歡被崇拜的人(應該滿明顯的吧呵) 但是偏偏我就是不喜歡拍馬屁，對這種行為很反感的人我想我們之間，他的個性無法改，能改的就是我的心態了吧請問大家會用什麼心態來跟這樣的主管相處呢... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.134.19.179
