偵辦遠通被駭案 法部反對限縮監聽

法務部次長吳陳鐶今天表示，以遠通電收被駭案為例，高達82億次的被攻擊，如果將來立法院修通信保障及監察法，對於檢方的監聽蒐證權限再予限縮，遠通電收被駭案就根本無法偵辦了。

吳陳鐶表示，遠通電收被駭案，攻擊IP的來源不知有多少，如果一筆一筆都要去向法官聲請，不知要聲請到什麼時候，檢警根本無法辦案。

他表示，下周一立法院司法委員會就要審查該案，他會以遠通電收被駭案為例，向立委說明修法限縮的不利刑事案件偵辦。
