《產業》雲門獲美贊助500萬美元

【時報-台北電】耗資6.6億元打造、預計今年底完工的雲門淡水園區，喜獲美國傳媒企業家Fred Eychaner創辦的芝加哥阿法伍德基金會捐贈500萬美元，是台灣表演藝術團體、也是雲門創團以來獲得單筆最大筆的捐贈。

Fred Eychaner擁有數家電視台與廣播電台，並擔任美國華府甘迺迪表演藝術中心董事，自八十年代開始關注雲門，四度贊助雲門赴芝加哥演出，並投資「狂草」掛名聯合製作，今年也將支持雲門到芝加哥大劇院演出「流浪者之歌」。

台灣企業家挺雲門也不輸人，據悉，捐贈雲門淡水園區千萬元以上的企業或企業家將近20人，最大筆的捐贈5,000萬元，來自一位老一輩企業家。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者邱莉玲／台北報導)
