憂朝鮮局勢 美增兵南韓

美國國防部宣布，下個月將增派八百名士兵駐守南韓，因應朝鮮半島可能的緊張局勢；而南韓外交部長尹炳世在與美國國務卿柯瑞會晤後，也談到日本首相安倍晉三參拜靖國神社一事，他認為日方要有誠懇的作為。

北韓領導人金正恩去年十二月處死原先被視為「二把手」的姑丈張成澤，國際社會憂心朝鮮半島的局勢發展，南韓外長尹炳世前往華府，七日接連會晤美國國防部長海格、國務卿柯瑞等官員，針對北韓情勢和其他問題交換意見。

美國國防部官員會後宣布，美國將增兵南韓，預計二月派遣八百名士兵以及裝甲車、坦克車等裝備，這批部隊在九個月後才會輪調返美，但相關裝備會留在南韓。

尹炳世在與柯瑞會晤後共同發表聲明，柯瑞指出，尹炳世是他今年會晤的第一個外長，象徵美韓關係的重要性，雙方在會談中觸及多項議題，其中北韓問題是主要焦點，而美國絕對不接受北韓成為一個核武國家。
