金控響應 員工好「薪」情

金控業去年普遍獲利成長，金管會主委曾銘宗呼籲金融機構加薪，金控公司反應踴躍，包括國泰金、富邦金、中信金、新光金、永豐金等員工都有機會加薪過好年。

揮別金融海嘯陰影後，近五年來金融業獲利蒸蒸日上，金控、銀行、保險公司每年都視情況加薪，使得金融機構員工的「薪」情，普遍優於其他產業。

富邦金控去年獲利高達327億元，再創獲利新高紀錄。富邦金昨（8）日表示，近幾年公司獲利好，年年都加薪，今年薪資預算正在編列中，金控及各子公司將會依個別公司業務性質、獲利情形及個人績效，決定加薪幅度。

中信金去年排除一次性的調整因素，稅前淨利也較前年成長9%，目前尚未敲定調薪幅度。但據了解，過去以來除金融海嘯當年沒加薪，每年4、5月都會參考同業動作、員工個人績效給予加薪，今年應也不例外。

新光金控副總徐順鋆表示，去年有為員工加薪，今年尚未討論。但從新光金去年獲利來看，調薪機會不小。

永豐金控去年獲利也繳出好成績，加上開拓中國大陸版圖有成，員工同樣對今年加薪有很高的期待。
