自由化部長…做事行動派

經濟部長張家祝任期將屆滿一年，這位「交通幫」背景的部長任內因電價調漲和兩岸服務貿易協議，屢遭反對者叮得滿頭包。但在此同時，張家祝任內除了完成兩岸服貿協議，還與新加坡、紐西蘭簽署自由貿易協定（FTA），被外界以「自由化部長」看待。

這些亮麗的成績，使張家祝成為江內閣最受立委和媒體關注的閣員之一。儘管如此，張家祝行事卻以低調著稱。熟悉張家祝的幕僚表示，他是著名「不愛講、只要做」的人，雖說不上事必躬親，在必要時親自上陣絕不嫌麻煩。例如經濟部去年為了促進民間投資，力圖重新啟動卡關多時的陳年老案，張家祝為此和業者、地方和中央主管機關協調處理，不少延宕兩年以上的投資案因此解套，起死回生。
